Scope:

At CDHS CMHIP Central Plant, equipment capacity, access, and utility connections shaped the engineering approach. Our team provided mechanical and electrical engineering for CDHS, CMHIP, Central Plant, serving Colorado Department of Human Services. Design priorities included equipment layout, capacity, maintenance access, controls, and connections to the existing utility infrastructure. Mechanical planning addressed pumping, distribution, and operation of the heating or cooling systems. Electrical planning addressed equipment loads, distribution capacity, and the sequence of service connections.
