Scope:

A new 400-foot utility tunnel connected the Colorado State University central heating plant to an existing tunnel in Fort Collins. The tunnel carried an 18-inch medium pressure steam main and a 6-inch condensate main. Construction was phased so that the existing service stayed in operation until the new service was ready. Our team provided mechanical and electrical engineering for the project.
