Scope:

Staff needs and the flow of daily operations guided our work at DART Shiloh Transfer Station. Our team supported DART Shiloh Transfer Station at 1101 Shiloh Rd, Plano, TX. For a 40,000-square-foot maintenance facility, a 20,000+ square-foot operations/maintenance office building, a vehicle wash/maintenance building, an underground fuel tank, a canopy, and a storage yard for up to 8 vehicles, the design considered ventilation and temperature control, power and lighting, and the utility connections needed for daily use. Layouts accounted for the different demands of occupied rooms, equipment areas, and support functions.
