Scope:

Geothermal heating and cooling helped shape the LEED Silver design at Dallas’ Bachman Lake Branch Library. Our team provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, fire protection, and commissioning services for Dallas’ Bachman Lake Branch Library. The $3.5 million, 21,000 square foot facility included reading rooms, public computers, meeting rooms, classrooms, and a theater. The LEED Silver design used geothermal heating and cooling, independently zoned fan coil units, heat pumps, energy recovery ventilation, and demand controlled ventilation.
