Scope:

Robert T. Hill Middle School’s renovation combined a new chiller and lighting improvements with changes to the administration and entry areas. Our team designed mechanical, electrical, plumbing, IT, security, fire alarm, and fire protection improvements for Dallas ISD’s Robert T. Hill Middle School. The $10.6 million, 118,000 square foot renovation and addition included changes to administration and entry areas, a new chiller, and lighting upgrades. The campus served grades six through eight and had capacity for nearly 900 students.
