Scope:

Fred Florence was a prominent Dallas banker and civic leader, and the campus’s Young Men’s Leadership Academy program is one of Dallas ISD’s single gender choice school offerings. Our team supported DISD YMLA Fred Florence Elementary School at 1625 N Masters Dr, Dallas, TX 75217. For classrooms, collaboration areas, administration, and student support spaces, the design considered ventilation and temperature control, power and lighting, and the utility connections needed for daily use. Layouts accounted for the different demands of occupied rooms, equipment areas, and support functions.
