Scope:
An existing conditions study of the electrical systems in Denver Federal Center Building 41 in Lakewood was performed under the GSA Region 8 contract. The former Remington Arms factory, built in the 1940s, had been converted in stages to civilian government uses, and its aging electrical equipment no longer matched current needs. Our team provided mechanical and electrical engineering for the project.
