Scope:

At University of Denver New Residence Hall, the systems needed to work for both individual rooms and shared living spaces. Our team provided mechanical and electrical engineering for New Residence Hall, serving University of Denver. The planning included resident rooms, shared lounges, laundry areas, corridors, and building support spaces. Mechanical planning addressed resident comfort, individual space control, and ventilation in shared areas. For electrical systems, we considered room lighting, receptacle power, and distribution for residential equipment.
