Scope:

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas Data Center Renovation assignment formed part of an ongoing IDIQ relationship covering renovations within the secure six story office building and its utility plant. Our team supported the 2019 data center renovation at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas headquarters in Irving. For server rooms, equipment areas, and the infrastructure that supported computing operations, the design considered ventilation and temperature control, power and lighting, and the utility connections needed for daily use. Layouts accounted for the different demands of occupied rooms, equipment areas, and support functions.
