Scope:

Located at 133 N Riverfront Blvd, Dallas, TX, part of Dallas County’s downtown criminal justice complex, the project supported a municipal or public agency facility. Our team supported the Frank Crowley 8th & 9th Floor project at 133 N Riverfront Blvd, Dallas, TX 75207. For public service counters, offices, meeting rooms, and administrative support spaces, the design considered ventilation and temperature control, power and lighting, and the utility connections needed for daily use. Layouts accounted for the different demands of occupied rooms, equipment areas, and support functions.
