Scope:

The Franklin D. Roosevelt High School Renovation project demolished the majority of the original campus and rebuilt it with a new fine arts wing, cafeteria, library, and 800 seat competition gymnasium, along with new career and technical education spaces, outdoor athletics facilities, and a secure entrance and administration addition. Our team provided engineering for the renovation of Franklin D. Roosevelt High School in Dallas, Texas. The roughly $60 million project, funded through Dallas ISD’s 2015 bond program, renovated more than 70,000 square feet of the campus and was celebrated at a completion ceremony in August 2022. The project value was $60,000,000.
