Scope:

School energy projects funded through the State Energy Conservation Office connected system improvements with modeled and measured energy savings. Our team provided program management and commissioning for school energy improvements funded through the State Energy Conservation Office. The team modeled baseline energy use, calculated potential savings, and performed measurement and verification after installation. Services also included quality control and field observation reports, prefunctional checklists, and functional performance testing. The building systems planning covered teaching laboratories, hands on training areas, classrooms, and faculty spaces. The HVAC approach accounted for ventilation and temperature control suited to teaching and equipment use.
