Hunt County Government Building

Scope:

The Hunt County Government Building project combines renovation and additions to an existing administration and bakery building, a retail building, and two warehouses to create a consolidated government campus. Our team is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, security, and audiovisual design for the Hunt County Government Center. The planning includes public service counters, offices, meeting rooms, and administrative support spaces. Mechanical planning addresses occupancy based ventilation and zoning for public and office areas. For electrical systems, we consider workstation power, public area lighting, and electrical capacity for support functions. The plumbing approach accounts for public and staff fixtures, domestic water, and sanitary drainage.
