Scope:

This tenant finish converted an existing single-floor industrial building in Louisville into a technology facility, built in two phases. The first 28,000 square foot phase was completed in four months and occupied while the second phase was built, which required careful utility planning to avoid disrupting occupants. Our team provided mechanical and electrical engineering for the project.
