Scope:

Phased renovation consolidating United Launch Alliance laboratory and mission support functions within an existing aerospace facility. Our team supported the LMSS LSTTB Building ULA Lab Consolidation project in Colorado. Specialized spaces included a battery test laboratory, thermal test chamber, launch center and mission critical data center with redundant power and cooling infrastructure. The project included approximately 22,400 gross square feet with a project value of $11.2M.
