Scope:

The Visitors and Badging Center provides a visitor center and gate that controls access to the Lockheed Martin Waterton campus. The modern pavilion-style building replaced an older center and takes its cues from existing campus buildings and the surrounding landscape. It earned LEED Gold certification. Our team provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering for the project.
