Scope:

The work at Longmont Foods New Cooking Line focused on the interfaces between the facility and its operational equipment. Our team provided mechanical engineering for Longmont Foods, New Cooking Line. Spaces considered in the design included production or service areas, equipment spaces, storage, and staff support facilities. For mechanical systems, we considered ventilation and equipment heat loads matched to operational uses.
