Scope:

The Mansfield Police Department project covered 61,300 square feet with a project value of $41,000,000. Our team supported the Mansfield Police Department project in Mansfield, Texas. The proposed new Mansfield Police Station consisted of demolishing the existing law enforcement facility for the construction of a new 2 story law enforcement facility and two single story Support Buildings. New site improvements included a secure fence around the staff portion of the site. The secure staff parking lot was protected by an 8 foot tall fence to the east, west and north with a decorative, security rated, metal fence and included two rolling vehicle gates operated by access card. The proposed support buildings were envisioned to be pre engineered metal buildings located in the secure staff parking lot and contained storage and garage functions.
