Scope:

Patient examination, treatment, diagnostics, and clinical support shaped the engineering needs of Parkland’s Moody Outpatient Center. The Parkland Moody Outpatient Center project covered approximately 540,000 square feet with a value of $162 million. Our team supported Parkland’s Moody Outpatient Center in Dallas. For an outpatient setting, engineering planning considered examination and treatment rooms, diagnostic areas, reception, and clinical support spaces. Design priorities included ventilation and temperature control, power and lighting for clinical equipment, and utility connections that supported daily patient care.
