Scope:

Two floors of medical offices were added to an existing three-story building at Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo. Rooftop HVAC units were relocated to the new roof level and new units were added, and piping and mechanical utilities were extended, with phasing that kept the building operating during construction. Our team provided mechanical, electrical, and fire protection engineering for the project.
