Scope:

The Plano Police Station needed additional space for evidence storage. Our team provided MEP and fire protection design for a new addition containing secured property and evidence storage areas and new office and processing areas. Electrical design replaced an existing 300kW generator with a new 550kW diesel generator, plus a new automatic transfer switch and distribution panel, to provide adequate emergency and standby power to the addition, along with new lighting and branch circuits and panelboards throughout the new evidence storage area. The project covered 12,000 square feet with a project value of $3,000,000.
