Scope:

Understanding the condition of 130 buildings across five Tarrant County College campuses was the starting point for this assessment. Our team assessed mechanical and electrical systems at 130 buildings across five Tarrant County College District campuses. The approximately 3.5 million square foot assignment included equipment surveys and reports on system age, condition, remaining life, code compliance, and maintenance and replacement costs. The team reviewed existing drawings and submittals for more than 95 percent of the systems and met with facilities staff about ongoing upgrades. Our planning considered lecture rooms, teaching spaces, faculty offices, and shared student areas, including equipment capacity, existing infrastructure, and opportunities for renewal. Our planning evaluated space needs and utility interfaces to inform future design decisions.
