Scope:

The new, four building Trinity River East Campus provided a center for healthcare students and consisted of classrooms, lecture rooms, offices, break rooms, computer rooms, and conference rooms. One building was a simulation hospital with respiratory and radiology training, surgical tech, healthcare information technology, sonography, physical therapy, and testing rooms. Our team provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, IT, and security engineering for the campus, as part of the firm’s ongoing IDIQ relationship with Tarrant County College District. The project covered 240,500 square feet with a project value of $650,000,000.
