Scope:

At TDCJ Training Facility, the building systems followed the different needs of public and secure spaces. Our team supported TDCJ Training Facility at 295 N Fwy Service Rd, Huntsville, TX. The 3 facilities supported correctional officer training, living quarters, and a firing range. For production or service areas, equipment spaces, storage, and staff support facilities, the design considered ventilation and temperature control, power and lighting, and the utility connections needed for daily use. Layouts accounted for the different demands of occupied rooms, equipment areas, and support functions.
