Scope:
Archive humidity requirements and aging equipment guided the Hall of State’s HVAC and electrical improvements at Fair Park. The Hall of State at Fair Park scope included electrical service upgrades, chandelier circuit improvements, and replacement of cooling equipment in the remote plant serving the building. Our team designed building system improvements for the Hall of State at Fair Park. Mechanical work addressed air handling units, ductwork, condensate piping, boilers, and venting within the interstitial space. The team also evaluated HVAC related water intrusion and humidity requirements for archival materials. The $14.4 million renovation covered approximately 67,000 square feet.
