Scope:
Libby Hall, a freshman dormitory and dining facility built in 1953, received a complete replacement of its mechanical and electrical infrastructure, including its kitchen and cafeteria. The renovation was completed in phases so the building could remain operational, with very limited ceiling space. Our team provided mechanical, electrical, and fire protection engineering for the project.
