Scope:

A master plan for Building 500, a twelve-story building from 1941, assessed and prioritized the upgrade and replacement of its 33 air handling units. It also studied heating and water capacity and the consolidation of distributed steam to heating water heat exchangers, and identified six units for replacement and eight for upgrades within the available budget. Our team provided mechanical and electrical engineering for the project.
