Three story infill of the University of Colorado Denver Business School courtyard with associated renovations required to integrate the new space into the existing building. Our team supported the University of Colorado Denver Business School, Infill project. The work combined new construction and occupied facility modifications with coordinated mechanical and electrical systems integration. The project included approximately 15,300 square feet with a project value of $8M plus.
