Scope:

University of Northern Colorado Gray Hall PH1 Life Safety Upgrades called for building systems that suited both busy classrooms and quieter support areas. Our team provided mechanical and electrical engineering for UNC, Gray Hall PH1 Life Safety Upgrades, serving University of Northern Colorado. The mechanical and electrical scope covered the system upgrades. The building systems planning covered lecture rooms, teaching spaces, faculty offices, and shared student areas. The HVAC approach accounted for zoning and ventilation for spaces with different occupancy schedules. Our power and lighting planning considered instructional lighting, equipment power, and accessible receptacle locations.
