Scope:

UTA West’s first academic building sets the stage for teaching, student services, and future campus development on a 51 acre site. Our team is providing mechanical and plumbing engineering for the first academic building at UTA West. The approximately 150,000 gross square foot facility is planned on the university’s 51 acre west campus, with occupancy scheduled for 2028. The project value is $169.5 million. Spaces considered in the design include lecture rooms, teaching spaces, faculty offices, and shared student areas. For mechanical systems, we consider zoning and ventilation for spaces with different occupancy schedules.
