Scope:

Valley View Municipal Center brought everyday workplace needs into the building systems design. Our team provided engineering support for a facility master plan, serving the Valley View Municipal Complex in Irving, Texas, a facility supporting the city’s Streets and Water Department and Police Auto Pound operations. The engagement supported the city’s long range planning for its municipal service yard facilities. For public service counters, offices, meeting rooms, and administrative support spaces, the design considered ventilation and temperature control, power and lighting, and the utility connections needed for daily use. Layouts accounted for the different demands of occupied rooms, equipment areas, and support functions.
