Texas State Technical College Student Housing Renovation

Scope:

Some structures were slab on grade, some had crawl spaces, and building types ranged from single family dwellings to duplexes. Our team provided renovations converting former Air Force Base housing stock for use as Texas State Technical College student housing. Project features included 250 bed dormitories spread across more than 200 individual houses, spanning 18 different floor plans. Our team provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering for the renovation program. The project covered 180,000 square feet with a project value of $6,000,000.
