Scope:

Senter Park Recreation Center is demolishing its existing outdoor pool and replacing it with a new indoor aquatics center. Estimated to open Memorial Day weekend 2026, the facility will feature a leisure pool and lap pool, a water slide, a zipline, a toddler pool, and an outdoor sun deck. In addition to the aquatics amenities, our team’s design adds a new reception area, lounge, party rooms, and locker rooms to the facility, rounding out Senter Park’s recreation offerings for the City of Irving. The project covers 23,800 square feet with a project value of $24,180,000.
