Scope:

The Garland Walnut Creek Branch Library project covered approximately 18,700 square feet with a value of $14.2 million. Our team provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology engineering for Garland’s Walnut Creek Branch Library. The planning included reading and study areas, meeting rooms, public computer stations, and staff workspaces. Mechanical planning addressed quiet HVAC operation and ventilation for changing public occupancy. For electrical systems, we considered reading and task lighting, computer power, and flexible furniture layouts. The plumbing approach accounted for domestic water and drainage for public and staff facilities.
