Fair Park Centennial Hall Renovation

Scope:

Centennial Hall’s historic setting at Fair Park framed the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection renovation work. Our team provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering for renovation of Centennial Hall at Fair Park. The $4.4 million assignment covered approximately 38,000 square feet within the historic venue. Spaces considered in the design included public gathering areas, circulation routes, recreation amenities, and site support facilities. For mechanical systems, we considered conditioning and ventilation of enclosed park support spaces. The electrical approach accounted for site and pathway lighting, equipment power, and outdoor electrical distribution. Our water and drainage planning considered water service, irrigation interfaces, and drainage for public amenities.
