Irving Convention Center Renovation

Scope:

At Irving Convention Center, our construction role included reviewing installed work, submittals, changes, and closeout documentation. Our team provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction administration for renovations at the Irving Convention Center. Renovated spaces included exhibit halls, offices, restaurants, meeting rooms, and other event areas. Spaces considered in the design included performance or exhibit areas, public gathering spaces, and staff support rooms. For mechanical systems, we considered quiet HVAC operation and ventilation for concentrated event occupancy. The electrical approach accounted for public and event lighting, equipment power, and electrical support for venue operations. Our water and drainage planning considered public restrooms and water and waste connections for support functions.
