Scope:
The Fort Worth Betsey Price Community Center Renovation project covered approximately 25,000 square feet with a value of $17.895 million. Our team provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering for the Betsey Price Community Center renovation in Fort Worth. The planning included activity areas, meeting and program rooms, locker facilities, and staff spaces. Mechanical planning addressed ventilation and thermal control for changing activity and occupancy levels. For electrical systems, we considered activity lighting, equipment power, and electrical support for program spaces. The plumbing approach accounted for locker and restroom fixtures and water distribution for public use.
