Scope:

The mix of public and support areas shaped our work at St. Luke Catholic Church Renovation. Our team provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering for renovation of St. Luke Catholic Church in Irving. The $8.2 million project covered approximately 11,300 square feet. Spaces considered in the design included performance or exhibit areas, public gathering spaces, and staff support rooms. For mechanical systems, we considered quiet HVAC operation and ventilation for concentrated event occupancy. The electrical approach accounted for public and event lighting, equipment power, and electrical support for venue operations. Our water and drainage planning considered public restrooms and water and waste connections for support functions.
