Scope:

A new 50,000 square foot warehouse and distribution center for Carrier HVAC products in Houston, Texas, with small parts storage, shipping and receiving docks handling four semi trailers simultaneously, hazmat and high pile storage, and a showroom. our team’s design included task specific and motion sensor security lighting, movable dock lights, 480V electrical service with full load generator tie in, four roof mounted exhaust fans, fifteen gas fired unit heaters, and smoke evacuation design for the $4,000,000 warehouse.
