Scope:

Eleven CNG fueling station projects across three states brought compressors and fuel system safety equipment into the electrical design. Our team designed electrical infrastructure for 11 compressed natural gas fueling station projects in Texas, New Mexico, and Kansas. The assignments included fuel system power and associated equipment such as compressors, safety fans, carbon monoxide sensors, and emergency stop devices. Design considerations included electrical loads, equipment clearances, feeder routing, grounding, and integration with existing distribution. Replacement work also required planning for service interruptions and access for installation and maintenance.
