Scope:

Work at Henry Wade Juvenile Justice Center Renovations included a hot water system assessment and a hot water system replacement at the facility. Our team provided engineering assessment and system replacement design for the Henry Wade Juvenile Justice Center in Dallas, serving Dallas County, completed around 2021. The project value was $529,510. For courtrooms, judicial offices, public waiting areas, and secure support spaces, the design considered ventilation and temperature control, power and lighting, and the utility connections needed for daily use. Layouts accounted for the different demands of occupied rooms, equipment areas, and support functions.
