Scope:

It was completed alongside Grapevine Fire Station No. 2 as part of the city’s broader effort to modernize its emergency response infrastructure. Our team provided engineering for Grapevine Fire Station No. 3, located at 3100 Timberline Drive in Grapevine, Texas. The $6.7 million, 13,713 square foot facility replaced a 35 year old station that had served the area since 1982, with construction running from November 2019 through December 2020. The new station was built as part of the City of Grapevine’s Capital Bond Program, delivering modern apparatus bays and support spaces for the fire department. The project value was $6,700,000.
