Scope:

Together with Fire Station No. 3, the project reflected the city’s broader investment in upgrading its emergency response infrastructure. Our team provided engineering for Grapevine Fire Station No. 2, located at 3091 Dove Road in Grapevine, Texas. The station was built concurrently with Grapevine Fire Station No. 3 under a combined $13.13 million guaranteed maximum price contract with Byrne Construction Services, part of the City of Grapevine’s 2017 voter approved Capital Bond Program. The 14,875 square foot, fully sprinklered facility was occupied in December 2020. The new station replaced an aging facility and was designed to support the department’s operations with modern apparatus bays and supporting spaces.
