Solana Plaza’s renovation updated a Westlake office and retail property originally built in the 1980s. Originally built in the 1980s, the property underwent a $70 million renovation completed in 2017. Our team provided engineering for the renovation of Solana Plaza, a 315,000 square foot Class A office building with an additional 45,000 square feet of retail space in Westlake, Texas. The renovation modernized the office campus’s systems and amenities to attract and retain tenants, part of a broader wave of investment at the Solana development that had continued with subsequent phases of renovation across the property. The project value was $70,000,000.
