Scope:

Expansion and renovation connecting the Koelbel Business Building with the Engineering Center, now associated with the Rustandy Building. Our team supported the University of Colorado Boulder Koelbel Engineering and Business School Addition project. The project created an interdisciplinary innovation and entrepreneurship hub with active learning classrooms, a 200 seat auditorium, library improvements and collaborative study space. The project included approximately 45,000 square feet addition plus 29,000 square foot renovation with a project value of $45M approved budget.
