Scope:

Multistory pharmacy teaching and research building with intensive laboratory infrastructure. Our team supported the UCHSC School of Pharmacy PCLC project in Colorado. The project included BL 2 and BL 3 biohazard rooms, dynamic pressure control, HEPA filtered supply and exhaust, radioisotope exhaust, laboratory compressed air and vacuum, acid waste systems, process equipment connections and redundant building systems. The project included approximately 100,000 gross square feet with a project value of $15.55M.
