Scope:

Lewisville is a Denton County city along Lake Lewisville in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex, and this annex provided additional municipal office space and courtrooms for the city. Our team supported the Lewisville Annex Remodel project. This project included the renovation of existing office space, restrooms, break rooms, courtrooms, and a large IT/Data Center. The scope included new lighting and controls, updated HVAC terminal units for new zoning (using existing where possible), updated plumbing fixtures, and new power for any new low voltage and updated programming.
