Scope:

Mesquite is a Dallas suburb straddling Dallas and Kaufman counties, and this project supported a municipal or public agency facility. Our team supported the MEP renovation of two separate facilities that included the renovation of a 9,400 square foot office building and a 4,000 square foot former Dallas County Tax Office that was converted to additional space for Police Department training.
