Scope:

The renovation of the Sheraton hotel at the Galleria in Dallas, Texas, covered all public space, food and beverage outlets, ballrooms, meeting spaces, the sundry shop, public restrooms, and the reception area. Guest rooms received all new air conditioning. The project also added a new outdoor pool with a sunning deck and a new 1,400 square foot fitness center. Our team provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, technology, and security engineering.
