Scope:

This renovation upgraded the HVAC systems serving three existing cold rooms at Amgen, totaling about 2,000 square feet and maintained at 5 degrees Celsius. The work added chilled water air handling units, dehumidification control, new direct digital controls, and electrical modifications to support the new equipment. Our team provided mechanical and electrical engineering for the project.
